What does the order processing look like?
It's all done via email: all orders, arrangements and project forwarding. We've got an advanced system to handle the orders which highly reduces the number of possible errors. The order establishment process is very swift.
Can Rig 'n Rack be of different heights?
Yes, it can. The heights of the posts are 214,232,250,280 and 380 cm.
Can you paint the construction in a different color?
Of course. We can choose between 13 standard colors.
Can the bars be custom-made?
Yes, we produce custom-made bars. We'll fit them into your space.
What's the production time?
It depends on the order complexity. Most of them, we produce within 7-14 days. For big orders (a truck full of equipment) it’s 30-45 days.
Can you place my logo on the products?
Yes, it's possible. Your logo can be placed on the post and chosen accessories.
Do you do small orders?
Yes, we can send the smallest wall rig (2 posts) to your client.
Do you do big orders?
It's best to order a truck full of gear to minimize the shipping cost. Our factory dispatches HGVs for the whole of Europe every month.
